Yes — every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. No credit card required. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time during or after the trial.
Can I change plans later?+
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What currencies can I pay in?+
We accept payment in GBP and EUR. Local VAT is added where applicable.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes — pay annually and save 2 months compared to monthly billing. Annual plans can be paid by card or bank transfer.
What counts as a 'user'?+
Each person who logs in to Finovo counts as a user. You can add read-only accountant access on all plans for free.
What are OCR scans?+
OCR scans let you snap a photo of a receipt or invoice and have Finovo extract the data automatically. Each document scanned counts as one OCR scan.
Can I connect my accountant?+
Yes. You can invite your accountant or bookkeeper at no extra cost. They get view and edit access without using a user seat.
Is my data secure?+
Finovo stores all data in ISO 27001-certified EU data centres. All traffic is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are GDPR compliant and never share your data with third parties.
