- No. Finovo is not priced per user. Plans include a set number of seats (Starter: 3, Professional: 10, Premium: 20, Business: 35) and all three countries — UK, France and Germany — at no extra cost.
- Can I run UK and European payroll in the same Finovo account?
- UK PAYE payroll runs through the BrightPay sync. For French and German teams, Finovo posts the payroll accounting entries and stores payslips in the same chart of accounts as your general ledger; dedicated FR and DE payroll integrations are on the roadmap.
- How does Finovo handle multi-currency transactions?
- Finovo records each transaction in its original currency and applies exchange rates at the date of the transaction. Your P&L and balance sheet can be viewed in your functional currency with FX gains and losses tracked separately.
